Job Opportunity: Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, with clients and internal teams.
- Navigate and use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel at an average to above-average level.
- Understand the basics of complex solutions-selling and how to approach large corporations.
- Identify and research potential clients using CRM tools and various prospecting methods.
- Assess the “worth” of a potential client and allocate resources accordingly to maximize opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other channels to schedule meetings and set appointments for sales reps.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies and assist with the development of effective outreach campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to evaluate client potential and prioritize accordingly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Basic understanding of complex sales processes and solution-selling.
- College-level comprehension of written materials.
- Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not required.
